– BERMUDA, Hamilton – Conduit Holdings Limited (LON: CRE), the ultimate parent company of Conduit Re, announced the appointment of Nicholas Shott to its Board as a Non-Executive Director effective from 4 November 2025.
About Nicholas Shott
Nicholas Shott joins the Board with more than three decades of leadership and expertise in the financial services industry. He forged a distinguished career at Lazard, where he held key leadership positions, including Vice-Chairman of European Investment Banking, Head of UK Investment Banking, and served on Lazard’s London Management Board. Throughout his career, he has developed a wealth of experience in corporate finance advisory positions. He has held non-executive and advisory roles with FTSE-listed financial services companies, government, and major media organisations, including Phoenix Group Holdings plc, where he chaired the Remuneration Committee and served on the Audit, Nomination, and Sustainability Committees.
