Conduit Holdings appoints Board member Rebecca Shelley as new Senior Independent Director

– BERMUDA, Hamilton –  Conduit Holdings Limited (LON: CRE), the ultimate parent company of Conduit Re, a pure-play Bermuda-based reinsurance business, today announced the appointment of current Board member Rebecca Shelley as Senior Independent Director with immediate effect, succeeding Sir Brian Williamson who stepped down from the SID role but remains on Board as a non-executive director until AGM on 15 May 2024.

“I look forward to working with Rebecca in her capacity as SID,” said Board Chairman, Neil Eckert.

About Rebecca Shelley

Rebecca Shelley was appointed to the CHL Board in July 2023 and serves on its Nomination and Remuneration Committees and ESG Committee. She is a non-executive director of Sabre Insurance, Liontrust Asset Management,ment and Hilton Food Group. In her various non-executive director roles, she has served on remuneration, nomination, audit, and risk committees and as the senior independent director. She is also chair of the sustainability committee at Hilton Food Group.
