H.E Dr. Abou-Zeid serves as African Union Commissioner for infrastructure, Energy, Trade and Industry. Dr. Abou-Zeid is an international development expert with 30 years of professional experience mainly in international development organizations. Throughout her professional career, she was responsible for implementing and managing large international programmes as well as establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships. Geographically, her professional experience expands through Africa, France, United Kingdom, and Canada.
Mrs. Habib has vast experience in the technical information technology and electronics payment as well as smart banking solutions. Moreover, Mrs. Habib has 25 years expertise in various managerial arenas including strategic brand management, consumer and retail marketing, corporate communications and investor relations. Mrs. Habib is the Co-Founder and CEO of Dawi Climics – Egypt.
Both valuable additions expand the Board to become nine directors, seven of whom are non-executives, with the majority being independent directors.
