Beverly Carmichael brings over 30 years of experience in human resources and employment law, developing and executing strategies to enhance employee and customer experience and maximize corporate performance. Most recently, she was EVP, Chief People, Culture, and Resource Officer at Red Robin Gourmet Burgers from 2017-2019, where she led the human resources and legal teams. Previously, she was SVP and CPO at Cracker Barrel Old Country Store from 2014-2017. Earlier in her career, Beverly Carmichael held various leadership positions at Ticketmaster, Rockwell Collins, and Southwest Airlines and was a practicing attorney at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP. Her Board membership experience encompasses public and private companies, including Viad Corp (NYSE: VVI), Cotton Patch Cafe, Inc., and ezCater, Inc.
