- Nomination Committee Rick Senat (Chair), Scott Rosenblum, Arni Samuelsson
- Remuneration Committee Martina King (Chair), Julie Southern, Rick Senat
In addition Rick Senat was appointed the Senior Independent Director on 26 May 2015.
