– UK, Chiswick – Cineworld Group plc (LON: CINE) today announced the appointment of Damian Sanders to its Board as an independent non-executive director with effect from 1 August 2020.

Mr Sanders will also become a member of the Audit Committee on appointment.
Mr Sanders is an FCA qualified member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales, and brings extensive financial and commercial experience to the Board, including over 20 years’ experience as a senior equity audit partner at Deloitte, acting as an advisor and corporate governance specialist for a number of FTSE Boards.
