Churchill China welcomes Caroline Stephens to its Board as Independent Director

– UK, Stoke-on-Trent –  Churchill China PLC (LON: CHH) the manufacturer of innovative performance ceramic products serving hospitality markets worldwide, today announced the appointment of Caroline Stephens to its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.

“We are pleased to welcome Caroline to Churchill and we are sure that she will make a significant contribution to the further development of our business in the years to come. Her appointment to the Board continues the Company’s ongoing succession planning process,” said Board Chairman, Alan McWalter.

Caroline has also joined the Remuneration, Audit, and Nomination Committees.
