– UK, Windsor – Centrica PLC (LON: CAN) announced the appointment of Alessandra Pasini to its Board as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.
Alessandra Pasini will also join the Audit and Risk Committee and the Nominations Committee.
About Alessandra Pasini
Alessandra Pasini is a prominent figure in the global energy sector, known for her leadership in advancing renewable energy and green energy infrastructures. She is the Co-founder and Group President of Zhero, a company dedicated to developing large-scale renewable energy, battery storage systems, green hydrogen, and power interconnectors across Europe and beyond. Before founding Zhero, she held several high-profile roles at Snam S.p.A., Europe’s largest gas infrastructure company. From 2016 to 2022, she served as Group CFO, Chief International and Business Development Officer, and CEO of Snam’s Storage Division, during which time she played a role in transforming Snam into a leader in energy transition. Earlier in her career, Alessandra was an investment banker, serving as Head of Investment Banking Italy at Barclays and a senior banker at Citi.
