– UK, Windsor – Centrica plc (LON: CAN) today announced the appointment of Nathan Bostock to its board as a Non-Executive Director effective from 9 May 2022.
Nathan will also join the Audit & Risk Committee and Nominations Committee.
About Nathan Bostock
Nathan Bostock is CEO of Santander UK plc, having been appointed to the role in 2014. Nathan joined Santander UK from The Royal Bank of Scotland plc, where he was an Executive Director and Group Finance Director. He previously held the post of Group CRO, having joined RBS in 2009. Nathan served on the Board of Abbey National plc as an Executive Director, from 2005 until 2009. He joined Abbey National plc in 2001, holding several senior positions including CFO and Executive Director of Finance, Markets, and Human Resources.
Mr. Bostock is a chartered accountant and holds a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics.
