– USA, CA – LegalZoom (Nasdaq: LZ) announced the appointment of Nathan Gooden to its Board as an Independent Director, effective immediately, bringing the Board to six members, of whom five are independent.

Nathan Gooden serves as CFO of Squarespace, Inc., the design-driven platform helping entrepreneurs build brands and businesses online, a position he has held since October 2022. Before Squarespace, he served as CFO of Amazon Alexa from January 2017 to October 2022. Earlier in his career, Nathan Gooden served as CFO of Spacepointe Limited, a global payments technology company, from January 2016 to December 2016. He was also a founding member of Solavei LLC, a social commerce company, where he served as CFO from June 2014 to February 2016.
Nathan Gooden began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where he spent five years as a lead auditor.
