– UK, Windsor – Centrica plc (LON: CNA) announced the appointment of current Senior Independent Director Kevin O’Byrne as Chair of the Board of Directors, succeeding Scott Wheway from 16 December 2024.
Centrica also announced the appointment of Jo Harlow as the next Senior Independent Director, effective from 16 December 2024.
