– CANADA, Toronto – CellCube Energy Storage Systems Inc. (CSE: CUBE | OTC: CECBF | FRA: 01X announced that Chris Syme was appointed to the Board of Directors at the Annual General Meeting held in Toronto, on January 17, 2020.
Resigning from the Board were Michael Nobrega, Bruno Arnold, and Stefan Schauss. The Board of Directors thanks Mr. Nobrega, Mr. Arnold, and Mr. Schauss for their service and wishes them well in their future endeavors.
After these changes, the New Board of Directors is Brett Whalen, Henrik Mikkelsen, and Chris Syme.
