Caledonia Investments announces Anne Farlow to its Board as Independent Director

– UK, London –  Caledonia Investments plc (LON: CLDN) today announced the appointment of Anne Farlow to its Board as an independent non-executive director with effect from 28 March 2022.

“I am delighted that Anne Farlow is joining our board, bringing a wealth of private equity and investment experience across a range of sectors in Europe, North America and Asia.” said Board chairman, David Stewart.

Anne will also join the Audit, Governance, Nomination, and Remuneration Committees.

About Anne Farlow

Anne Farlow has worked with both established and early-stage companies during her private equity and investment career across a range of different sectors and jurisdictions. She was a director at Electra Partners in London and Hong Kong from 1992 to 2000. She subsequently joined Providence Equity Partners where she was a London-based director until 2005. Based in Hong Kong since 2007, Anne is currently non-executive chair of Pershing Square Holdings, Ltd and a non-executive director of Blue River Acquisition Corp.
