– UK, London – Cake Box Holdings Plc (LON: CBOX), the specialist retailer of fresh cream cakes, announced the appointment of Shaun Smith to its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director effective from 1 February 2024.
Shaun Smith will also join the Audit, Remuneration, Nomination and ESG Committees.
About Shaun Smith
Shaun Smith has extensive PLC experience and is currently a Non-Executive Chair of Driver Group Plc, a Non-Executive Director of Inspecs Group Plc and Epwin Group Plc, where he is also Audit Committee Chair. He was Chief Financial Officer at Norcros plc, a London Stock Exchange Main Market listed supplier of bathroom and kitchen products, retiring from the Board on 31 July 2021, and before that, was Group Finance Director at Aga Rangemaster Group plc (formerly Glynwed International Plc) from 2001 until its takeover in 2015. He also previously served as a Non-Executive Director of Air Partner Plc.
