– UK, London – Brown Advisory US Smaller Companies PLC (LON: BASC) today announced the appointment of Jasper Judd to its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 01 October 2022.
Jasper Judd will also join the Audit Committee as its Chair Designate.
About Jasper Judd
Jasper Judd has been a Chartered Accountant since 1987 and is currently the Audit & Risk Committee Chairman at JPMorgan Indian Investment Trust PLC and Audit Committee Chairman at Dunedin Income Growth Investment Trust PLC.
Previously, Jasper had a long career, including ten years at ASX/LSE dual-listed Brambles Ltd/Brambles Industries PLC, where he held senior finance and strategy roles and was a member of the Group Executive Committee for five years and Group Risk Committee for eight years.
