– UK, London –  Brown Advisory US Smaller Companies PLC (LON: BASC) today announced the appointment of Jane Routledge to its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director effective from 1st April 2023.

About Jane Routledge

Jane Routledge is currently a Non-Executive Director at M&G Credit Income Investment Trust plc where she is also a member of the Audit & Risk, Remuneration, Management Engagement, and Nomination committees.

Jane Routledge will bring considerable experience to the Board, in particular, investment trust marketing strengths to replace those that will be lost when Tina Soderlund-Boley steps down later this year.

Previously, Jane Routledge had a long career in the investment management sector and has held several senior marketing positions including at Schroders, Invesco, Hermes, and Seven Investment Management.
