Breitling appoints Alfred Gantner as Chairman of its Board of Directors following a majority stake by Partners Group

– SWITZERLAND, Basel –  Breitling, the leading Swiss watchmaker, today announced the appointment of Alfred Gantner as Chairman of its Board of Directors, while CEO Georges Kern will remain in charge alongside his existing management team.

Alfred Gantner is the Co-Founder of Partners Group, a leading global private markets firm that has increased its equity stake in the company in a transaction that will make it the largest shareholder alongside the current majority shareholder, CVC, which will remain invested.
