– UK, London – Brave Bison Group plc (LON: BBSN), the social video company, today announced that following the announcement that Kate Burns steps down as Chief Executive and as an Executive Director on 11th June 2020, Oliver Green is appointed as Executive Chairman, taking over Kate’s responsibilities.

He is the Managing Director and a significant shareholder of digital marketing agency Tangent Marketing Services Limited and has several years’ experience working in digital marketing and technology across a range of sectors including FMCG, Technology, B2B and Automotive. Green has also advised on strategy across projects such as digital transformation, conversion rate optimisation and customer relationship management. Tangent group companies and Oliver Green together hold 27.33 per cent of the issued share capital of Brave Bison.
