Brave Bison Group appoints Gordon Brough to its Board as Independent Director

– UK, London –  Brave Bison Group PLC (LON: BBSN), the social and digital media company, today announced the appointment of Gordon Brough to its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director effective immediately, bringing a wealth of experience in the corporate and M&A spheres, as well governance, legal and compliance.

Gordon Brough will also join the Audit Committee and ESG Committee as Chair and the Remuneration Committee as a member.

Gordon Brough was, until recently, General Counsel at CQS, the specialist asset manager with over $20bn of assets under management. Before CQS, Gordon was General Counsel at Aberdeen Asset Management plc for almost 10 years.

Gordon Brough holds an LLB (Hons) and a Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Dundee.
