– UK, Gloucester – Blackfinch Spring VCT plc (LON: BFSP) today announced the appointment of Dr. Katrina Tarizzo to its Board of Directors, effective from 14 August 2023.
“We are delighted to welcome Katrina as a director of the company. She brings considerable skill and experience to the Board and I look forward to working with her over the coming years,” said Board Chair, Peter Hewitt.
The company also announced the resignation of Kate Jones from the Board.
About Dr. Katrina Tarizzo
Dr. Katrina Tarizzo is an experienced executive and non-executive main board director/chair and early-stage investor with particular expertise in the financial services, internet technology, and real estate sectors. She has a solid understanding of corporate governance and director obligations in both private and listed companies based in the UK, Channel Islands, and overseas, is a Doctoral graduate of the London Business School, and is bi-lingual in English and Italian.
Katrina is, and has been since 2007, a Guernsey Financial Services Commission-approved director of City Living PCC Limited, a company listed on the International Stock Exchange.
