Bidstack Group appoints Bryan Neider to its Board as Non-Executive Director

– UK, London –  Bidstack Group Plc (LON: BIDS), the native in-game advertising platform, today announced the appointment of Bryan Neider to its Board as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee, effective on the admission to AIM of the New Ordinary Shares to be issued on completion of the Fundraise announced today.

About Bryan Neider

Bryan Neider, a Certified Public Accountant, is a technology, media, and gaming veteran who will add a great deal of global, operational, and business development experience to the management team. He was appointed to the Bidstack Advisory Committee in October 2019.

He brings more than 25 years of experience during his tenure at Electronic Arts, a global leader in digital interactive entertainment. He served a variety of leadership roles including managing global business development, EA Partners, corporate finance and CFO and COO for EA.com, CFO of Worldwide Studios, COO for EA’s global development organization, and SVP of Global Operations.

Bryan currently serves as the CEO of AbilityPath, a renowned 100-year-old organization that creates opportunities for greater independence for children, youth, and adults through empowering them through diverse, individualized education and support services.

He also serves on several not-for-profit boards, is a founding board member for Santa Clara University’s Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and is an advisory board member for the College of Business and Economics at California State University. In addition, he serves on the boards of three technology start-ups and has been an advisor to a venture capital fund in Silicon Valley.
