– UK, London – Baronsmead Venture Trust PLC (LSE: BVT) today announced the appointment of Fiona Miller Smith as Board Chairman with effect from 31 March 2022, to succeed Peter Lawrence who will retire as Chairman from the same date.
The Company also announced that Susannah Nicklin will be appointed as Senior Independent Director with effect from 16th February 2022.
Ms. Miller Smith said: “I am delighted to be appointed to the Chair role at Baronsmead Venture Trust and look forward to working with the team and the Board for the benefit of our shareholders.”
