– UK London – Baronsmead Venture Trust PLC (LON: BVT) today announced the appointment of Fiona Miller Smith as Chairman of the Board of Directors effective from 31 March 2022, to succeed Peter Lawrence who will retire as Chairman.
The Company also announced the appointment of Susannah Nicklin as Senior Independent Director with effect from 16th February 2022.
Mr. Lawrence commented: “I am delighted that, following an extensive search process, Fiona agreed to join our board in August and that now she will succeed me as chairman. I have every confidence that Fiona will continue to lead the board with intelligence and in a collegiate and strong manner to further increase the successes of our valuable trust.”
