– UK, London – Balfour Beatty PLC (LON: BBY), the international infrastructure group, announced the appointment of Rudy Wynter to its Board as a Non-Executive Director effective from 1 December 2024.

About Rudolph Wynter
Rudy Wynter has over 35 years’ experience in the gas and electricity industry where he has served in many leadership and senior operational roles with his most recent roles as President, of National Grid New York, leading the company’s regulated energy delivery portfolio and before that as COO of National Grid’s Wholesale Networks & Capital Delivery business.
Rudy Wynter has a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Pratt Institute and a Master of Business Administration from Fordham University in the US.
Rudy Wynter is a non-executive Director, Chair of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, and member of the Audit Committee of EnerSys Inc (NYSE: ENS), the stored energy systems technology provider.
