– UK, London – Bakkavor Group plc (LON: BAKK) today announced the appointment of Bob Berlin to its Board as a Non-Executive Director, representing LongRange effective upon completion of the Transaction.

Bob Berlin previously served as a non-executive Director of the Company, from January 2016 until July 2018.
