– UK, London – Bakkavor Group PLC (LON: BAKK) today announced the appointment of Jill Caseberry to its Board as an Independent Non-executive Director, effective on 1 March 2021. She will also join the Remuneration Committee.

Jill Caseberry is an accomplished general manager with extensive sales, marketing, and general management experience across several blue-chip companies including Mars, PepsiCo, and Premier Foods. She brings a depth of understanding of the food industry, spending most of her career in marketing, commercial, and general management roles in the food and beverage sector.
Jill is currently a Non-executive Director of Bellway plc, C&C Group plc, St Austell Brewery, and Halfords Group plc
