– UK, London – Auction Technology Group plc (LON: ATG) announced the appointment of Andrew Miller to its Board as an independent non-executive director effective from 21 November 2024.
Andrew Miller will also join the Audit Committee and the Remuneration and Nomination Committees.

Andrew Miller is CEO of Motability Operations Group plc and a Channel 4 Corporation non-executive director where he is also Audit Chair. Previously, he served as non-executive director and Audit Committee Chair for the Automobile Association plc and Ocean Outdoor Media plc. He was both CEO and CFO of Guardian Media Group and CFO of online marketplace business Autotrader. His experience covers business strategy, executive,e and financial leadership.
