– UK, London – Auction Technology Group plc (LON: ATG) announced the appointment of Scott Forbes as Chairman of the Board of Directors with immediate effect, succeeding Breon Corcoran who is stepping down from the Board.
Scott Forbes is an experienced Chair with over 30 cumulative years of Board and Chair experience for digital marketplace businesses in the United Kingdom and North America. He has been ATG’s Senior Independent Director since its IPO.
Concurrently, Suzanne Baxter, chair of the Audit Committee has been appointed as Senior Independent Director.
Suzanne has over 18 years of continuous experience as a UK-listed company director, including 11 as an executive and 11 years in a non-executive capacity. Suzanne joined the board in 2022. The Company is undertaking a process to appoint a new non-executive director and will update the market on its progress with this appointment in due course.
