– UK, Gaydon – Aston Martin Lagonda Global Holdings plc (LON: AML) announced the appointment of Andrew McNaught to its Board as a Non-Executive Director, with immediate effect, replacing Cyrus Jilla, who steps down from the Board.
Andrew joins the Board as a shareholder representative director of Ernesto Bertarelli, whose affiliated investment funds hold a significant shareholding in the Company and are also members of the Yew Tree Consortium.
Andrew McNaught has also been appointed to the Nomination Committee and as an observer on the Remuneration Committee.
About Andrew McNaught
Andrew McNaught has had an extensive career in investment banking, most recently as Managing Director and Chair of UK Advisory at BNP Paribas. Before that, Andrew was Managing Director, Co-Head of EMEA M&A at Nomura International PLC, having spent a significant part of his earlier career at Lazard and Tricorn Partners LLP. Since leaving BNP Paribas, Andrew has become an advisor to B-Flexion, the investment firm chaired by Ernesto Bertarelli.
