– UK, Gaydon – Aston Martin Lagonda Global Holdings plc (LON: AML) today announced the appointment of Jean Tomlin OBE to its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director effective on 27 October 2023.
The Company also announced the appointment of Cyrus Jilla as a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director. Cyrus is a Group Managing Partner at B-FLEXION and represents Ernesto Bertarelli, a member of the Yew Tree Consortium which holds a total of 26.23% of the Company.

Jean Tomlin and Cyrus Jilla were appointed to the Board on 27 October 2023 with immediate effect.
Jean Tomlin will also join the Nomination Committee.
