– UK, London – Associated British Foods plc (LON: ABF) today announced the appointment of Loraine Woodhouse to its Board as a Non-Executive Director effective from 1 October 2024.
Loraine Woodhouse will also join the Audit and Remuneration Committees and should chair the Audit Committee from 24 April 2025 to replace Richard Reid.
About Loraine Woodhouse
Loraine Woodhouse has extensive experience across all finance disciplines and has worked within many different sectors including retail, food,d, and real estate. This has included roles as Finance Director of Waitrose, CFO of Hobbs, Finance Director of Capital Shopping Centres Limited, and Finance Director of Costa Coffee.
Loraine Woodhouse serves as a Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee Chair of Pennon Group plc and The British Land Company plc.
Loraine Woodhouse was previously a Non-Executive Director of The Restaurant Group plc (from 4 July 2022 to 21 December 2023) and of Bristol Water plc (from 1 December 2022 to 1 February 2023). She was Chief Financial Officer of Halfords Group plc (from 1 November 2018 to 16 June 2022).
