– UK, London – Ascent Resources Plc (LON: AST), the onshore Hispanic American and European energy and natural resources company, today announced the appointment of Jean-Michel Doublet to its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director subject to regulatory checks, to bring a strong M&A experience, working with independent oil and gas companies, focussing on emerging markets.
The Company also announced that Stephen Birrell has stepped down from the Board with immediate effect.
