– UK, London – AIQ Limited (LON: AIQ) today announced Non-Executive Director Aditya Chathli as the new Chairman and the appointment of Dwight Mighty to its Board as a Non-Executive Director, effective immediately.
Concurrently, Graham Duncan is stepping down from the Board with immediate effect.

About Dwight Mighty
Dwight Mighty holds an MBA in Finance from Henley Management College and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers in England. He is currently a Non-Executive Director of Hawkwing plc, a cash shell listed on the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market. Dwight specializes in a private company and private equity advisory, with a focus on the leisure/sport and media sectors. He has spent over 15 years in the private equity sector, latterly as a senior director with Gresham Private Equity and before this with HSBC Private Equity. He was one of the founders of an AIM-listed company, TLA Worldwide plc, a sports marketing, and management business, where he was COO until 2019.
