– IRELAND, Dublin – AIB Group plc (LON: AIBG), and Allied Irish Banks, p.l.c. announced the appointment of Helen Normoyle as Senior Independent Director with effect from 1 July 2022, to take over from Carolan Lennon who will retire from the Boards of the Group with effect from 30 June 2022.
Ms Normoyle has served as an independent non-executive Director of the Group since December 2015.
