– IRELAND, Dublin – AIB Group plc and Allied Irish Banks, p.l.c. (LON: AIBG) announced the appointment of current Board member Elaine MacLean as Senior Independent Director with effect from the AGM on 1 May 2025, taking over from Helen Normoyle, who will retire from the Board on that date.
Elaine MacLean has served as an independent non-executive Director since September 2019.
