(NYSE: A) announced the elections of Pascal Soriot and Judy Gawlik Brown to its Board of Directors, effective May 21, 2025, bringing decades of global leadership experience across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and health-care sectors, with proven track records in strategy, innovation, operations, and finance.
