Louise Smalley had an exceptional career in a variety of HR positions, culminating in her role as Group HR Director and Executive Director at Whitbread PLC, Louise has a strong track record in the consumer space, having worked with brands such as Costa, Pizza Hut and Premier Inn. Louise Smalley is currently a Non-Executive Director at DS Smith Plc, where she is a member of the Audit, Remuneration, and Nomination Committees, and at Informa PLC, where she is Chair of the Remuneration Committee.
