Marc Seelenfreund and Avtar Dhaliwal have also joined the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.
Concurrently, the Company announced the resignation each of Nora Goudroupi, Anggelos Skutaris, Larry Epstein, Wayne Threatt, and Von McConnell from its Board, effective August 30, 2024.
