The company also announced that Dr. Vaughn Himes has retired from the Board.
About Dr. Kristen Slaoui
Dr. Kristen Slaoui has served as CCO at Galderma since 2020 and sits on the boards of Kinaset Therapeutics and Advancing Innovation in Dermatology, Inc. At Galderma, she led significant transactions, including the 2021 acquisition of Alastin Skincare. Before Galderma, Dr. Kristen Slaoui spent 20 years at GSK, contributing to pulmonary disease research and multiple medicine approvals, and managed over $30 billion in deals, including acquisitions of Stiefel Laboratories and Tesaro.
She holds a B.S. from Gettysburg College, a Ph.D. from Johns Hopkins University, and completed post-doctoral studies at the University of Washington.
