– IRELAND, Kingscourt – Kingspan Group plc (LON: KGP), the global leader in high-performance insulation and building envelope solutions, today announced the appointment of Louise Phelan to its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director, effective from 28 April 2023.
About Louise Phelan
Ms. Phelan was formerly VP of Global Operations EMEA at PayPal and is a highly respected business leader and adviser with experience leading global organizations in renewable energy and finance sectors.
She is the senior independent non-executive director of Ryanair and was previously a non-executive director of Voxpro. She is a member of the Irish Government’s Top-Level Appointments Committee and a member of the President’s advisory group at Technological University Dublin. She is also a former President of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ireland.
