– UK, Chelmsford – abrdn UK Smaller Companies Growth Trust plc (LON: AUSC) today announced the appointment of Manju Malhotra to its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director effective from 1 May 2023.
The Board also announced that Caroline Ramsay will retire from the Board at the AGM in November 2023.
About Manju Malhotra
Manju Malhotra is CEO of Harvey Nichols, a position she has held since January 2020. She joined the business in 1998 and progressed through various roles including COO and before that as CFO. She is a Chartered Accountant.
Manju is also currently a non-executive director of Workspace Group plc.
