(Nasdaq: ZIMV), a global life sciences leader in the dental implant market, announced the appointment of President and CEO Vafa Jamali to the additional role of Chairman of the Board of Directors effective as of May 7, 2025, succeeding David King who will step down from the Board at the AGM on May 7, 2025.
Consequently, current Board member Vinit Asar will be appointed Lead Independent Director effective upon the commencement of the new Chairman.
