– ZAMBIA, Lusaka – ZCCM INVESTMENT HOLDINGS PLC (LON: ZCC \ EPA: MLZAM) today announced the appointment of Masitala Nanyangwe Mushinga to its Board as a Non-Executive Director, effective on 7th March 2023.
The company also announced that Gregory Chomba Kabwe resigned from the Board with effect from 2nd March 2023.
About Masitala Nanyangwe Mushinga.
Her. experience spans over a decade in public debt policy formulation, implementation, and external debt management. Mr.s Mushinga is the Acting Director of Investment and Debt Management at the Ministry of Finance and National Planning. Previously she served in various roles within the Ministry of Finance and National Planning including as Assistant Director, Principal Economist- External Debt, Investment and Debt Management, and Senior Economist among others.
M.rs Mushinga holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Development Studies and a Master’s Degree in Economic Policy Management, all from the University of Zambia.
