– UK, London – Young & Co’s Brewery PLC (LON: YNGA) announced the appointment of Ian Dyson to its Board as a Non-Executive Director effective from 2 September 2024.
About Ian Dyson
Ian Dyson is currently Chair of the Board at Currys plc and a Non-Executive Director of JD Sports Fashion plc. He has a strong track record across consumer-facing industries and public company boards. He was Chairman and before that Senior Independent Director at ASOS plc, Senior Independent Director at Flutter Entertainment plc, and a Non-Executive Director of Intercontinental Hotels Group plc and SSP Group plc. During his executive career, he was Group Finance and Operations Director of Marks & Spencer Group plc, Chief Executive of Punch Taverns plc, and Group Finance Director of Rank Group plc.
