Xos appoints Anousheh Ansari and Alice Jackson to its Board as Independent Directors

– USA, CA –  Xos, Inc. (NASDAQ: XOS), a leading manufacturer of fully electric Class 5 to Class 8 commercial vehicles, today announced the appointments of Anousheh Ansari and Alice Jackson to its board as an independent directors, effective December 17, 2021.

“I am excited to have Anousheh and Alice join the Board at this promising time for our company,” said Board chair and CEO, Dakota Semler.

Ansari will also join the Nominating and Corporate Governance and Compensation Committees, while Alice Jackson will join the Nominating and Corporate Governance and Audit Committees.
