XLMedia welcomes Marcus Rich to its Board of Directors as Non-Executive Chairman

– UK, London –  XLMedia (LON: XLM), a leading global digital performance publisher, today announced the appointment of Marcus Rich to its Board as Non-Executive Chair, with immediate effect.

Marcus Rich will also join the Audit, Remuneration, and Risk Committees.

About Marcus Rich

Marcus Rich brings a wealth of experience, having held both Executive and Non-Executive roles at corporations across the media sector. Marcus spent five years at DMGT, where he held the role of Managing Director at Mail On Sunday before becoming Commercial Director at Associated Newspapers. Previously Marcus worked at EMAP for 16 years, during which time he held the role of Group Managing Director of EMAP Lifestyle Magazines and EMAP Advertising, alongside overseeing the company’s Australian and US businesses.

Marcus Rich spent six years as CEO of TI Media, where he gained an in-depth knowledge of digital publishing and supervised digital content operations. In his early career, Marcus was also a Group Account Director at McCann Erickson and managed Optimus Communications.

Marcus is currently Non-Executive Chairman at AIM-listed Digitalbox Plc, a mobile-first digital media company.
