– UK, Cambridge – Xaar plc (LON: XAR), the leading inkjet printing technology group, today announced the appointment of Richard Amos to its Board as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 June 2023.
He will join the Audit Committee as next Chair, and the Remuneration and Nomination Committees as a member.
Chris Morgan will step down from the Board by the end of 2023.
About Richard Amos
Richard Amos is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience, having started his career at EY in 1988. From 2000 to 2020, he served as an executive on the boards of five companies listed on the London Stock Exchange, most recently as CFO of Wilmington plc, CFO of Plant Impact plc, and Group Finance Director of Anite plc. He is currently a Non-Executive Director at Thruvision Group plc (AIM: THRU), where he serves as the Senior Independent Director, Chair of the Audit and Nomination Committees, and is a member of the Remuneration Committee. Richard is also the Non-Executive Chairman of Skillcast Group plc (AIM: SKL).
