Workspace Group announces Board member Duncan Owen as next Chair of the Board of Directors

– UK, London –  Workspace Group PLC (LON: WKP) today announced the appointment of Non-Executive Director Duncan Owen as Chair of the Board of Directors, with effect from 6 July 2023, to succeed Stephen Hubbard who will step down from the Board.

Duncan Owen will also be Chair of the Nominations Committee.

About Duncan Owen

Duncan Owen has over 30 years of experience in the real estate sector. He has served as the CEO of both public and private companies and his roles have included the Global Head of Real Estate at Schroders plc, and the CEO of Immobel Capital Partners, a pan-European specialist ‘Green’ real estate investor in the office and residential sectors. Until recently, Duncan was on the Board of Governors for the Church Commissioners and Chaired its Property Investment Committee.
