Workhorse Group welcomes Bill Quigley to its Board as Independent Director

– USA, OH –  Workhorse Group Inc. (NASDAQ: WKHS) today announced the appointment of Bill Quigley to its board as an independent director, effective February 23, 2022, bringing the board composition to nine directors, of whom eight are independent.

Bill Quigley will also join the audit committee.

About William (“Bill”) Quigley

Bill Quigley brings more than three decades of financial and operating experience in the automotive and manufacturing industries as well as prior board-level tenure to Workhorse. He most recently served as SVP and CFO of Nexteer Automotive Group Limited, a tier-one automotive supplier operating from 27 manufacturing facilities and three global technical centers with over 12,000 employees. Quigley has also previously held positions as EVP and CFO at Dana Holding Corporation and Visteon Corporation. Since 2016, he has served as a member of the board of directors and chair of the audit committee at Cadre Holdings Inc., a global leader in the manufacturing and distribution of safety and survivability equipment for first responders.

Quigley holds a B.A. in Accounting from Michigan State University and is a Certified Public Accountant In the state of Michigan.
