– UK, London – Windar Photonics Plc (LON: WPHO), the technology group that has developed a cost-efficient and innovative LiDAR wind sensor for use on electricity-generating wind turbines, today announced the appointment of Paul Hodges to its Board as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.
“I am delighted to be able to welcome Paul to the Board of Windar and look forward to leveraging his deep knowledge and experience of the financial markets in London. Paul has followed the Company closely for a number of years and the Board is looking forward to his contribution moving forwards.” said CEO, Jørgen Korsgaard Jensen.The company also announced that Søren Høffer will step down from the Board with immediate effect.
Søren has served as a Non-Executive Director of the Company for three years and has contributed to the development of Windar through a challenging period in the Company’s history.
